The Division of Family Resources provides an array of resources to families in need, living in Warwick, West Warwick, East Greenwich and Coventry, as well as serving as the entry point for clients who are eligible for more long-term Westbay services and programs.

The division is run by Paul Salera, who has worked in the non-profit sector for more than 14 years. Paul has been with Westbay for six years, and supervises a staff of 28, including program directors, case managers and a senior aide. He has a master's degree in Agency Counseling.

Funding for Family resources is derived from Department of Human Services, Department of Health, Office of Energy Resources, FEMA, City of Warwick, Town of East Greenwich, RI Foundation, United Way of RI.
