Theresa M. Cabral, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Theresa is Westbay’s Chief Financial Officer, and oversees the financial management of the Agency, by working with the CEO and Directors to improve financial stability in order to meet Westbay’s mission statement.

She offers expertise in non-profit financial operations, focusing on effective financial policies and informative financial reporting.

Prior to joining Westbay in December of 2006, Theresa was a supervisor for twelve years in a public accounting firm located in Providence.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rhode Island College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
