What to Bring:
• All W-2’s, 1098’s, 1099's forms, and Information of other income if any.
• Information for all deductions/credits.
• A copy of last year's tax return.
• Proof of bank account for direct deposit of refund (e.g., voided check to expedite the refund).
• Social Security or Individual Taxpayer Identification cards for you, your spouse, and/or dependents.
• Proof of identification for yourself and/or your spouse (e.g. driver’s license, etc.)
